As stated previously, the Massy Group has committed to leveraging and optimising the current configuration of our portfolio, reallocating assets, and sharpening our focus on large and scalable businesses. The Massy Group has therefore decided to cease operations at Massy Realty Trinidad. The closing date will be determined within the next few weeks, as we discuss with the agents and management, a responsible timeline to complete any transactions that may be underway. The Group wishes to express our gratitude to our loyal customers, dedicated staff, network of agents and other stakeholders; and wish to assure them that we will manage this transition responsibly.
